1.  To establish eligibility requirements for recipients, ie., member of TSDMGK; minimum rank, grade point average, essay topic, length; how should recipients be limited to one per region? photos: develop application.

3.  Solicit future donations to the fund in order to keep the stream of annual scholarships going.
