Welcome! We're happy you've landed here and have interest in the Tang Soo Do Independence Day Challange 2018. As much as we want you to scroll down the page to click the "register now" button there are a few things you should know. Please read this letter from SBNs Kopf & Talavera.​

Tang Soo Do Independence Day Challenge

This tournament is open to all Tang Soo Do practitioners and promises to be an exciting day of competition followed by an Independence Day celebration.
​
We will have divisions for Forms, Sparring, and Weapons competition for all ages and ranks (Gups - Master), and Breaking competition for Dans & Kodanja. Please join us and follow the link below to register for this event. Early registration (before October 6th) is $60.00 for the first three events and an additional $10.00 for a forth event. After October 6th registration is 65.00 for up to three events and $10.00 for the forth. Your registration also includes admission to our Independence Day celebration party after the tournament! Online registration will close at 6pm on October 12th and registration will be available at the tournament that day. Please note that competitors are not allowed to compete in more than one form or weapons division.
In order to ensure equitable competition for board breaking, wood will be available at the tournament for $1.00 per board and cinder blocks will be available for set up. Dans 16 years old and under are allowed two breaking stations and 17 and older are allowed three. A station is comprised of simultaneous or continual breaking techniques.
Line up and the start of competition will be at 9:00am Gup Competition begins at noon.
